In celebration of Earth Day’s 40th anniversary on April 22nd, Habitat will be releasing a special “Earth Day” colorway in the “Charter” boat shoe. A corresponding limited edition Cork-Ply cruiser deck and an organic t-shirt will accompany the shoe. The Earth Day Charter has an all natural canvas upper, vulcanized outsole with gum rubber bottom, cork lined PU footbed, waxed cotton laces, and will be constructed with all water based adhesives. The matching deck, shirt, and insole are printed with Habitat’s classic “Rebirth” design along with the slogan “Naturally Designed for Life & Death.” The classic shaped “Earth Day” cruiser is constructed with all water based glues and adhesives. The dimensions are 7.75” wide by 30.15” long and it’s laminated with a full cork top layer. Look for the complete Habitat 2010 “Earth Day” product line at shop near you this April!
