SILO is a core skate shop first and foremost, that will never change. but in such a remote location we have strived to become more than that. our main goal is becoming a store that stands out from the rest. the brands we carry and the environment we provide is meant to be just as much an education in culture and style as it is a retail space. the roots of skateboarding go hand in hand with art, music, design, fashion, etc. from our own signature line to the select brands along side it, you know as soon as you walk in the door that silo is what you’ve been looking for.
SILO began in 1995, and we’ve been located in the bartenbach building since 2000. in the spring of 2007 we expanded and renovated to over 2500 square feet and recently debuted silhouette next door at 203 north locust. we thank you all for your support over the years. after all the scene is only what you make of it, and your monetary and emotional support are what makes it possible for us to do what we do.
